Malona Village

Malona in Rhodes is a picturesque lowland village in the east of the island at a distance of 35 km from the city of Rhodes. Surrounded by citrus and olive groves, it is famous for its citrus fruits and olive oil.
Walk through the picturesque alleys with whitewashed houses and enjoy the traditional dessert of spoonful of orange in one of the family cafes in the main square. Visit the central church of Agios Georgios, built in 18th century with Byzantine paintings.
Nearby you may visit Haraki beach as well as the beach of Agia Agathi with its golden sand.
