We craft our ice cream using exclusively fresh milk produced in Rhodes, along with fresh yoghurt and authentic PDO Greek cheeses like Katiki Domokou and Manouri. Our daily selection also includes a variety of fruit flavors, made exclusively with fresh fruits sourced from local farms. Furthermore, our nuts are carefully chosen, roasted, ground, and incorporated into our ice cream with stringent quality standards.
