Sifonios Distillery, founded by Nikolas Sifonios, is nestled in the historic Medieval town of Rhodes, an integral part of the island’s identity alongside its sun, sea, and rich Greek culture.

For 83 years, our distillery has been dedicated to crafting traditional Greek spirits, including the renowned Sifonios Café with Ouzo. Our family holds our recipes in the highest regard, treating them as cherished secrets passed down through generations from father to son.
