The 8th Chickpea Festival in Psinthos, Rhodes, takes place on Saturday, August 1, at 7:00 PM in the village square, celebrating the local cuisine and hospitality of one of Rhodes’ most charming inland villages.
Visitors can enjoy a complimentary serving of wood-fired chickpeas with goat, a beloved local recipe prepared using traditional methods that highlight the authentic flavors of the island. Throughout the evening, live traditional music and folk dancing create a lively atmosphere, offering an opportunity to experience Rhodian culture through its food, music, and community spirit.
