Lepia Dive Centre welcomes you to Rhodes! We are a PADI 5 star IDC (Instructor Development Center) established in 2012, in Pefkos (Lindos area) offering scuba diving experiences and courses for beginner divers with no previous experience as well as for certified divers that want to enjoy the underwater beauties of our island.

Since the first day we operate, our main concern is to offer the best possible diving experience on the island of Rhodes. We offer programs for complete beginners that will try diving for the very first time, daily guided dive trips for qualified divers and all PADI courses as well as a variety of diving specialties.

We are the only PADI Dive Centre in the island of Rhodes that is fully equipped to cater for people with a physical disability or special needs. Our team of qualified instructors and specialized equipment ensure a secure and enjoyable experience. At Lepia Dive Centre, safety, honesty, fair prices, and fun are our core values. A few years back we decided to put aside the big cities and seek the beauty of the enchanted island of Rhodes. For us, diving is fun, fun is life and we live to dive until we grow Lepia!

St. Paul's Reef, Lindos

Typical Mediterranean Reef. The great visibility combined with the dramatic formations of the rocks create an amazing terrain for a relaxing dive ideal for all level divers and for refresh dives.
St. Paul's Caverns, Lindos

A complex of a cavern and swim throughs under the rock of the Acropolis of Lindos.
Pentanissos Islet, Lindos

A complex of caverns on a sharp wall right on the edge of Lindos basin (second deepest spot of the Mediterranean sea). "Fly" in the clear deep blue of the Aegean sea!
"Giannoula K." Shipwreck, Plimmiri

Sunk in 1981, 110m long and with her mast coming all the way up to the surface, this cargo ship will take your breath away. This wreck dive is a 2 dives package. The first dive is all around the vessel and the upper decks and in the second dive we visit inner parts and the engine room.
Acropolis Wall, Lindos

A relaxing wall dive under the Acropolis of Lindos. Depending on the level of the group we can explore some deeper swim troughs!
"Cleobulus Tomb" Cave, Lindos

This Majestic cave is probably the best site Rhodes has to offer. With 2 magnificent domes and a corridor that connects them. Before visiting this dive site we request at least one dive a prior day so we can be sure for your safety and the safety of the group. The penetration of the cave depends on the level of qualification of the divers.
Lion's Head, Lindos

A dramatic wall dive that starts in a stunning cove. Takes the name from a rock formation that resembles a head of a Lion. First part of the dive we cross a canyon to end up on a vertical wall with the Aegean deep blue. The dive ends in the cove where we started and depending on the air consumption of the group there is an amazing swim through that we can visit full with Mediterranean soft corals!

Discover Scuba Diving (DSD)

In DSD you will have a 30 min theoretical lesson in which you learn the basics of diving and you will perform the first dive down to 6 meters. You can choose to continue to a second dive down to 12 m. Equipment rental is included in the price. Minimum age: 10 years old

Second Dive

After completing the DSD with success you can join us in this second shallow dive at the reef of St. Paul’s Bay. The max depth is 12 meters and we visit the cavern of the reef. Average duration 35 minutes. Equipment rental is included in the price. DSD in the same day. Minimum age: 10 years old

If you have already done PADI DSD within the last year, you can follow us directly to the second shallow dive at the cavern of St. Paul’s reef (requires proof of completing the DSD within the last 12 months). For Beginners

Yes. Our transfer service is offered free of charge for all our divers that request so (according to Greek law, we are not allowed to charge any fees for transfer as a dive school). Drop off is also offered free of charge but it is scheduled for after the completion of the daily diving program. Details for the pick up such as meeting spot and time are given with the reservation.

All divers as soon as they arrive at the dive school they need to fill a Medical Form, answering with a “YES” or a “NO” about their health condition. We are diving for fun, so we do not see the reason for anyone to take any unnecessary risks! In case of any permanent medical condition, steady medication, long term health issues (like asthma, ear problem, heart condition, mental situation, mobility problems after an operation etc.) or in case of recent operation or hospitalization, a doctor’s permission is required to participate in any diving activity. We reserve the right to refuse diving with anyone that will have a “YES” on his medical form, without the required permission.

The whole daily program takes about 5-6 hours (from the arrival of the pick up at the dive school till the return to the dive school). Of course, if you have your own car you will be more flexible with time and direct arrival / departure from the dive spot is an option that will skip you some time.

Yes, in order to participate in any diving experience, you need to be comfortable with the sea and have basic swimming skills.

If you are thinking of sharks, jelly fish or sea monsters no there are not. Everything is completely safe when it comes to sea life. The only dangers come from health problems that you might neglect to mention or by not following the instructions. Under the water you are guided by an Elite instructor and you have 1-2 assistants on the surface to make sure you will enjoy your experience with complete safety!

The DSD is available for everyone 10 years old or more! For our younger friends that are 8 to 10 years old, we offer the Bubblemaker program of PADI. This is a private dive down to 3m max depth with full gear. For families that have a younger member Bubblemaker and DSD can be combined in the same group.
