New Gatto Bianco

New Gatto Bianco is an Italian restaurant and pizzeria in Lindos, run by Mr. Valassios Diakogeorgiou, a professor in English and Italian literature with studies in Napoli, Italy.

Since the beginning of the enterprise in 2016, the main accomplishment has been for the guests of the restaurant to enjoy their stay in an old Lindian house and courtyard, accompanied by Italian food and pizza from a wood oven.

New Gatto Bianco is open every summer session, and the specialties of pasta, risotti, and pizza, as well as the additional Mediterranean flavors, have gained many customers and compliments until today.
