Paraga, Traditional Greek Cookhouse. In the beautiful, leafy village of Apollona, a traditionally built Paraga (Shack) becomes the meeting point for unique flavours, fragrances and gastronomical tradition. The Greek Art Cookery Paraga, lies on the fringes of the village and safeguards local tradition, offering to all visitors’ original flavours from the culinary heritage of Rhodes.  
With “meraki”, the Greek word for putting love and passion to whatever you do, we follow the traditional recipes of our ancestors creating unique dishes, straight out of our childhood memories.
